​Well, hello there! When I was young, I told everyone I was going to be a 'teacher-doctor'. Nothing sums me up better as a therapist than 'teacher-doctor' showing fusion of neuroscience and evidence-based treatment blended with my love for meeting people where they are on their life path. There is truly nothing more satisfying than witnessing a person find their own space, personal truth, and the increased quality of living that follows.​My therapy is focused on diligently creating the perfect, individualized clinical plan.

 

At this time, I enjoy helping the helpers including therapists, medical professionals, parents to children in all life stages, teachers, and other folx in service-based positions. Since 2012, I have worked in a variety of settings (residential, school-based, outpatient community centers) and have developed a love for behavioral and solution-focused methods including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These modalities work well with managing crisis, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, and personality disorders.​​I look forward to taking my expertise from an abundance of spaces and meeting you in yours.
